I wasn’t sure what was going on with my system so I contacted Tampa Bay Air. I was actually surprised that they had a tech at my house within several hours. I thought for sure it would several days. The tech that showed up was awesome! He did a thorough evaluation and not only kept me informed of his findings of every step but also educated me more than I could imagine. I've had nothing but an AMAZING experience with this company. Thier staff is super friendly and quick to respond. They recently installed our new unit and kept open communication with us throughout the whole process. They did such an awesome job! I definitely recommend them for any work needed. I can’t say enough good things about this AC company. Ron was incredible—friendly, professional, and always on time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, taking the time to clean as he worked and leaving everything spotless.
